Patriotic Program is not that far away! Make sure your calendars have the new date of TUESDAY, FEB.7th, at 7pm. Join us at Clayton Valley Church (5430 Michigan Blvd.) for inspiring music from our own YVCS band and the beauty of children’s voices from our various choirs. This is coming up soon so remember to invite those grandparents, family friends, co-workers and prospective families. Mr. Walker would greatly appreciate our kids to practice, practice, practice!
Teacher Appreciation Luncheon is early this year! The theme is “100 Reasons Why We Love Our Teachers”. We will be hosting a Taco Bar Feast on Friday, February 10th, for our teachers and staff. Room Moms have information of various items to donate and ways to help. We are especially in need of volunteers setting up the day of the luncheon and food donations for the Taco Bar. Thank you for any help you can offer, great or small.
YVCS Book Fair We are so excited about offering a Christian book fair for our families this year. Inspirational Family Books will be set up in the sanctuary over 2,000 different books and products including pre/K, childrens, pre/teen, adult/teacher, and an educational products section. Profits from this book fair will go directly to the YVCS library.
Presidents Holiday We are fairly certain all students know that our “Presidents Weekend” is a four day holiday, February 17-20. We trust you’ll enjoy four days of family fun and renewal.
