Parent Connection

Parent Connection is for parents who would like to actively participate in the planning and preparation for school events.  It’s also a great way to stay informed about everything going on at YVCS. We meet on the first Friday of each month. Parent Connection works with room moms, teachers, and the administration to enhance our children’s school experience.

Parent Connection Meeting  Our next meeting is Friday morning, March 2nd, at 9am in the School Fireside Room. Come get to know parents from our school, pray for our students, and see where you can help. Hope to see you there! RSVP to yvcsparentconnection@gmail.com if you plan on attending.

YVCS Book Fair  Inspirational Family Books will be at YVCS with a variety of different books and products on Mon-Wed. 2/13-15. Doors will open at 8:00am and will remain open until 4:30pm., Monday and Tuesday.  Wednesday 2/15 the hours will be 8:00am until 1:00pm.  The location has been moved to the CBC’s Ministry Room 2, opposite the school office. Profits from this book fair will go directly to the YVCS library.   

eScrip Safeway Renewal  Don’t forget to renew your Safeway card at www.escrip.com.  Just click on the check mark and follow the directions.  It takes less than a minute.  If you didn’t renew, your donations stopped on November 1st.  Please reply to this email if you have any questions.

Box Tops & Campbell’s Labels for Education  Remember to cut those Box Tops and Campbell’s Labels for Education UPC Labels!  This is free money for our school.  They can be put in the collection box or on the lost and found cart or given to Mrs. Wilking at drop off.
