YVCS uses a school management software database program that integrates the administration, classroom and home.

Teachers put their lesson plans, homework, and daily grades on the site and have the ability to communicate with parents via emails. This program also generates progress reports, report cards and transcripts. The school calendar is posted as well as school events and the school lunch menu.

Parents can secure a password from the office and go on the site at their home or work to see their child’s grades and homework, and email messages to teachers and administration. These are just a few of the many uses of the program and it comes at no charge to the parents.
